SAGINAW (WJRT) – (09/15/16) – Great Lakes Rehab Center announces a 35-million dollar development in the heart of Saginaw.

The first phase of the development is a state of the art short-term rehab facility, costing more than 10-million dollars. The project is right across from Covenant Hospital, Mackinaw campus. The 15+ acre lot will consist of a rehabilitation facility, a pharmacy, senior living facility, & central office.

The construction is set to start September 23rd on the building dedicated to short-term, post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.

The rehabilitation facility will be the largest rehab facility in Saginaw County.
